“In my opinion, the location was just perfect. Its literally right near everything. Our favorite thing was walking a few blocks over to Nicks pizza, which is great bc we're from NY and Nick used to make pizza in Brooklyn. This place isnt just NY pizza, its GOOD NY pizza. But the house is great and the property managers always responded very quickly. We'll definitely return to this place again-”

“This home is not family friendly. There were exposed wires through the house. TVs were not connected to anything and were not smart TVs, WiFi did not work, front door was difficult to close, and a window was missing, but patched with duct tape. On a brighter note, the management company was great. Quick to respond and helped us find an alternative location at the same price point. ”

“Easy beach access, plenty of room. Trash wasn’t picked up the week we were there from holiday weekend. Wanted to cookout on the grill provided, no propane. We bought one and was reassured that I would be reimbursed. But all and all we always have a great vacation . ”

“8022 Thomas Drive is an absolutely stunning house!! It is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and the amenities are top tier. The layout of this house is perfect. There are 4 levels. The bedrooms are on the 3rd and 4th floors (2 kings and 1 bunk room on each floor). Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which was perfect and much appreciated (and rare). There’s even an elevator! The game room has nostalgic games and easy access to the pool/hot tub. As someone that enjoys cooking, THE……

“The house if very conveniently located. It was so nice to just be able to walk across the street and be on the beach, but to also have the pool in the back yard. It was not an issue for us, but for some people, it could be a problem that the only access to the upstairs is from outside. Communication with property owners was excellent. The area was very nice. “Property was perfect for my group. Wasn’t perfect due to minor cleanliness issues however fit a group of 16 very well. Couple of chairs were broken when we arrived and mattresses had minor stains however the rest of the house was great. My group had a great time and difficulty’s or issues during our trip.”
