“All in all, nice rental but needs some tlc.Some of the issues in the unit were on other reviews so they haven’t been addressed. I sent a list of the issues to the landlord. The amenities list should be updated. No sauna or steam room. Loved the balcony view and beach access. All the employees that we spoke to were very friendly. The landlord answered me quickly when I reached out to him.”

“We enjoyed our stay this condo. Property manager was quick to respond and everything was clean. Check in and check out was easy. I love the Summit in general for the amenities on property-food on site, drinks, snack shop, ice, etc. I would recommend this rental.”

“It's an older property. Price is good. Air conditioning and ceiling fans great! DIY projects inside are silly.Information about beach umbrellas & chairs was not accurate; needs to be updated. The pros outweigh the cons. Thankyou ”
