“Only downfall was the only one elevator worked. Memorial Day weekend. And 15 floors. Was very hard to ever get on the elevator luckily we stayed on the 4th floor and the stairs were very useful”

“Emerald was awful at communicating. Kept adding fee aftef fee after fee. I was originally told the fee at the hotel would be $250 yet when we got there it was almost $600. They Re refused to let us park a 3rd car for our 3 bedroom condo that can sleep 10. The staff at the front desk was unhelpful to say the least. I will never be staying here again. Our room was also damaged in several places and the staff did not care. They were so strict about everything, even the most ridiculous things. If……

“We rented a beautiful 3 bedroom condo in Tower 1, overlooking the beach. The condo itself and the resort amenities were exactly what we were looking for, and exceeded expectations.”

Since this is a condo, don't expect the same level of onsite service as a hotel as front desk hours are quite limited. Sofa bed was not usable and when we requested a replacement, front desk recommended we purchase an air mattress from Walmart (we requested and expected three usable beds when we made the reservation and were only provided with two).”

Went to the desk and they told us to go across the street knowing that we had to go 14 minutes away to check in first to get a code.... Very frustrating after driving 9 hrs with a baby in the car and having everyone sit in the car while we ran around and had to make 3 calls for the security dept on the front door to be told to go to a different address to check in when the lady at the desk knew that”
