“Because the hotel is relatively new, the facilities are new and the hygiene is good, but it is not equipped with drinking water and coffee machines, and there are no microwave ovens and other basic facilities. The breakfast is also very simple, with little food and poor taste, which is lacking as a three-star hotel.”

“Staff are polite and courteous. The breakfast was more than I thought. Make your own waffle. Scrambled eggs with fried potatoes. Yogurt, fruit juice and coffee. I enjoyed my stay here. ”

“The room was great. It was completely clean and I couldn’t hear noise from other rooms. The hotel is walking distance from restaurants. Parking lot is small but there’s a garage across the street where they allow hotel guests to park on the upper level. The staff were all friendly and the breakfast had a lot of variety to choose from. Loved my stay there and it will be my go-to place to stay when traveling to Phoenix.”

“My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse. He thoroughly enjoyed the leather recliner and playing records on the turntable. I grew up in the neighborhood, so it was nice to be near family, but have a place to retreat to. The open kitchen, eating space, and living room combo was spacious and well-appointed, and the separate bedroom and bathroom spaces were clean and comfortable. We didn't bring pets, but are always thankful the option is offered!”
