“They staff are very friendly and upgraded our room to canal view.. my wife were very happy with that. The breakfast area is on the balcony with the canal view as well. Very good stay although it is a little costly.”

“房间很赞，4人间有两个浴室，还包含早餐，虽然没有电梯但工作人员很热情，就是位置比较偏，拖箱子需要过几座桥，还有空调坏了，8月还是有点热的，床很舒适”

“The Venice was a superb hotel and it improved our experience in Venice greatly. The hotel staff provided great service by helping us arrange water taxis, day trips to Murano and Burano and Gondola trips, all at our convenience and reasonable prices. It is one of the most exquisite hotels within Venice with really good vibes. Some recommendations for improvements including providing more racks or hooks within the room for hanging towels, guide to using the switches as these were some minor issues……

“It was a very historic building but the rooms were cut, clean, spacious and nice. It is walking distance to Piazza San Marco and very close to the port. There are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and churches nearby. The host was very kind and showed us around the area. The service was very good and the room was ready before check-in time. I really appreciated it. ”
