“Overall, I had a great stay. The design of the hotel was stylish and thoughtfully curated—modern, with a sophisticated color palette that I really loved. “很糟糕的體驗，打掃清潔並不確實，不到非常髒但就是不乾淨。第二天晚上房子沒有任何熱水，在很冷的阿姆斯特丹是非常痛苦的體驗，在WhatsApp上反應後，對方表示無法立刻協助要等到明天，我們必須自行在廚房燒熱水放到浴缸裡面洗澡，非常克難。然後千萬不要使用洗碗機，裡面有洞水會漫出來⋯ 有天回家發現大樓門口有一組客人，他們顯然並不知道需要先線上繳城市稅（我也是入住當天詢問已完成線上CheckIn但為什麼還沒給密碼鎖，對方才給我連結）提醒要來的旅客要時刻注意自己的信箱。”

“I really love this hotel! It’s very eco-friendly, comfortable, and smells great. The design is so stylish, and I truly enjoy everything about it. The only thing that really bothered me was the occasional light knocking sound on the walls throughout the day. It especially affected my sleep at night. Also, the pillows were too soft for my preference. If I have the chance, I’d love to stay here again, but I hope the knocking sound won’t happen next time. Thank you!”
