The room is bright, clean and cozy, all staff was very very nice, they provided lots of information everything what we want, this hotel is comfortable for us, we will recommend to our friend if they would like to visit the Riccione.”

“I travelled a lot and left very few review so far. But, this time is necessary. We found the leftover bread rotten in the kitchen when checked in...that could happen... We claimed but the manager and staff did not say or mention a "sorry"...instead, the cleaning staff said back to me "impossible and i dont know who brought it in." Shocking (No cleaning...crumbles on the sofa...sands in the shower box...toy lids on the floor...spyder on the ceiling...) finally settled with the hotel. But ruined……

“We stayed for two nights in rooms overlooking the grand canal. The hotel and rooms were really nice - modern and cleverly decorated. Checkin and out were great; friendly people, fast and easy. David from the lounge bar was exceptional with excellent energy. One of the servers at breakfast was not particularly pleasant which kind of took away the morning excitement at the start of the day and we had her both mornings. Other than that, the location was great and it was a great trip to Venice.”
