“Clean, new and nice location. The hotel is situated about 1 hour WALK from the old town of Split but the whole waterfront is being built out (4 km) and will be very nice once completed. “This property has good security and is very close to the beach, as advertised. My only qualms were that I couldn’t lock my balcony door, which was in the ground level. Also, my first night, my internet went out and there was no hot water left to shower. Overall, it’s a good value! I think both the issues were temporary & the balcony is an easy fix. ”

“Was a bit concerned with checkout where the proprietor said that the Hotel does not take credit card and I must pay cash (mentioning a nearby ATM). I said to proprietor I was worried about ATM hacking (by skimmer) and using foreign ATM's may have other risks.
