“Super freundliches Service-Team, versucht jeden Wunsch von den Augen abzulesen, besonders Cat !!!! Hat immer und überall geholfen, danke !!! Das Hotel und Pub sind urig aber sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen, wobei die wahrscheinlich den Charme ausmacht. Das Frühstück war seht lecker 😋 von richtig englisches Frühstück bis einfaches Toast mit Marmelade. Die Bar im Pub ist sehenswert, wir hatten das Glück einen Abend mit Live-Musik zu verbringen. Das Getränkesortiment……

“This was the 1st Time i have Been to Malborough i came here to go to a Gig nearby.so i stayed in this hotel because it was near to the Venue.The Room was Lovely Everything i Needed Plenty of Tea and Coffee the Room Clean and Tidy and even the Bed Was Comfy to for my Good Night Sleep.”

“Blood stained on the bed sheets! When I requested to change the bed sheets, the staff told me that its their policy to change every 3 days!!”

“We stayed 1 nite in room 7 lovely room and amazing shower room which is an old vault only downside is it does flood the whole area but was worth it bed was comfortable it doesn’t have phone network so be prepared to use there free WiFi also doesn’t have normal tv channels you have to sign into Netflix luckily we have Netflix so was easy to do wat really impressed us was def the shower area in room 7 it was awesome we will def return to room 7 if in Swindon :)”

“The staff was very friendly but I have to admit the internet even at times when I could connect was so weak, I couldn’t even access my emails. The shower has a power saver machine on it but the problem is the hot water cycles from cold to warm to scalding and around and around so you constantly have to dip under and out. I can’t say the stay was worth the price.”
