However, the pool is out of service during my stay and when I booked the hotel (just 12 hours before check in) I have not got any notice on this. What a disappointment.”

“This was my second time at the C Hotel. Easy check in, excellent and friendly staff, the room was cleaned and made up every day, and a nice (free!) breakfast. A 5 min walk to the Metro Souq Waqif entrance. Excellent value overall, highly recommended!”

“We had a lovely stay at the St Regis. The hotel is beautiful inside and out, with a sense of calmness around the place. All the hotel staff were brilliant; helpful and friendly. The suite was well decorated and spacious. Breakfast was fantastic, again the staff were helpful and always on hand. Breakfast options were varied and tasted good. We loved the fact that there were separate family pools which were relatively quiet. Facilities around the pool were great, and the hotel provided pool toys……

“Strongly recommended. The staff for airport shuttle to the hotel was easy to find. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The view of my room was great. Facilities, e.g. gym and swimming pool are great. One issue is that the pavement near the hotel was under construction due to works of nearby hotels to be built. I think there will won’t be a problem after the hotels are completed. ”
