Contacted the property multiple times over months with the same request and they rarely if ever responded. When I contacted them about missing my flight they had the audacity to inform me that I "only booked for 1 person" which contradicted my many emails and the hotels.com booking for 1 room with 2 adults. “This camp was definitely a luxury level property with beautiful, comfortable rooms and an accommodating staff. We were alone in camp for the one night we were there, but it seemed that was an anomaly since a full camp was being prepared for when we left. The camp is charming and the staff are all incredibly good at what they do. “The worst part that hotel does not help with transfers, even though its only 6 min drive from Seronera Air Ship. while in Tanzania people should know that they trying to scam everywhere, Therefore strongly recomended to use and organize the trip via trusted services. Contacted hotel few times regarding transfer, they never reply. the only message they sent that aboultvtheir constant concession fee and entrance to the park . which yhey charge per day not per entrance. ”
