“staff was super friendly, the rooms were super clean..”

“We arrived the afternoon checkin was easy and the young lady that checked us in was super friendly and polite. Upon arriving in the room, we noticed that there was no security latch on the inside door and the door handle was missing items . The shower had patch work and their was a Distinct odor of urine in the room me and I guess had to use an air freshener to make the room smell better.Later that evening we asked another staff member for additional blanket or sheets and was told in a rude……

“I felt welcomed by the receiving front desk staff. I really liked being able to send a text to the front desk and receive immediate responses. This also includes advising the front desk to have the Valet bring the car around. This is the first hotel/resort I have experienced this. In addition, paying for Valet parking service and have the ability to come and go without additional fees is refreshing.”

“This hotel was right on the beach and walking distance to many shops, restaurants and an arcade. Only issue we had was that we had to change rooms as we paid for an oceanfront two bedroom but was on the first floor right by the pool. To me we don't consider oceanfront overlooking the pool. Kathy the manager and Laura at the front desk was accommodating to move us to another one bedroom ocean view that was better than the oceanfront. Gigi when we checked out was nice enough to make sure we got……
