“The location is good , people work there is good but room have bed bugs me and my kids get bit first night. The Room sink is leaking and tv remote is not working i have to do laundry washing everything and buy bed bugs spray our suitcase waste one day do nothing and move our stuff to different room my kids already sleep we have to carry kids to different room is 9:00 pm is exhausted do all the work when we on vacation. ”

“Overall stay was good. Quiet even during bike week. Front desk staff when we checked in was lovely and pleasant. The morning after not so much and had to wait some time for some to return to the desk. ”

“I booked the hotel as a Mother’s Day mini vacation for me and family members. The hotel was ok. Just a few needed upgrades in some areas. The rooms was a great size and clean. Everything we wanted to do was very convenient. Parking was ok but pretty tight but they had additional parking across the street so that was cool. The only issue I had was the water was being bio-polar. One minute it was warm than cold and then too hot. Staff were awesome. Customer service was great with my needs. ”
