“Was disappointed that the bathroom had no vent fan. The refrigerator had no freezer section. Needed to freeze an ice pack for back issues. The golf cart shuttle was very good however it’s a one man operation for folks checking in with cars and driving shuttle which fits 5 people. It was a long wait to get picked up from dinner.”

“Probably one of the cleanest most professional local hotel in the area Clean safe and quiet and the staff deserves the recognition and management as well whenever I'm in the area I probably go to them ”

“The Parking was suck, the elevator was down which made really hard for the families with kids and language and the bathroom fun blower was broken.”

“Room was clean, exterior was not. Bed was too soft. Breakfast was ok, need more choices. Service desk was helpful, had to get keys reprogrammed multiple times.”

“The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?”

“We will definitely be staying here again! Zero complaints! Rooms are beautiful, pool was clean and refreshing, housekeeping was great, staff was friendly! We truly loved our stay here and will be back!”
