“The property was very clean and the staff was very nice and welcoming. The building could use some upgrades, the main entrance door was broken and required guests to manually open and close an automatic sliding door. There are no food options which is sad because there is a restaurant space available and it would have been so wonderful to be able to eat on property instead of looking for other options. Our room was clean however the bathroom ceiling looked like it was going to fall in and there……

“My check in process was amazing. The young lady working the front desk when I checked in was sweet and professional and made me feel welcome. However, when I was leaving my room to check out, I was confronted by staff I assume as I had my hands full trying to take my things to my car they were asking questions about what room I stayed in and when I am leaving. I would think they can ask the front desk those questions not busy customers. ”
