“It was nice. Several silverware and dishes were put in cabinets dirty. ”

“Great weekend stay. Loved being within walking distance of all the restaurants and bars. House was exactly as advertised.”

“The property was beautiful, location was fantastic. A few appliances were broken and not working. In addition the management company sent a company to fix it and the appliance worker asked if we would let them in to work on the appliances while we were packing up (which I didn't let them because I didn't feel comfortable allowing that). Also, there was a racoon in the laundry room. Lastly, we were provided incorrect door code to gain entry to the property. Two consecutive days the adjoining……

“Five Palms is a very nice condo, great amenities and perfect location overlooking the river. One can enjoy the bird life in the palm trees, viewing dolphins in the river, and poolside respite from the heat. ”

“The property was very easy to find and access with good parking and seemed to be in a very quiet part of the town We have stayed on Folly approximately 10 times, and this was one of our better experiences. Everything was clean as a pin with beautiful ocean front views and just a short 5 minute walk to the pier. We really hated to leave. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is just looking for a nice leisurely stay.”

“We had a wonderful time at Tranquilisea. The inside is spacious and the floor plan was well organized. We absolutely loved the porch and the large swing. It’s where we spent most of the time when not on the beach. A shout out to Dunes Property also. They were quite helpful on our day of arrival. We couldn’t have asked for a better week or property rental. Thank you”

“Clean, peaceful, quiet, easy access to walk, bike, drive into Folly Beach. Only 20-25 minutes to Charleston, one night we even ride shared both ways, no issues. Will be back! Highly recommend this rental.”

“This is a lovely, high end condo that is the most well stocked place I’ve ever rented. Beautiful nature just outside your door with dozens of egrets and herons. Well stocked and spotless. Never saw such clean windows anywhere near the coast. Would have given 5 stars but we were very disappointed there was no cable or satellite but rather a Roku system with no description I could find on how to use. Suggest they get cable or satellite or state that only Roku is available. At this price point most……

“We were thrilled to be able to quickly walk to the beach access point and back to the rental. It has an outdoor shower that's super helpful after a day at the beach. The rental was easy to access, comfortable and worked for our family of three. When we had a question, the rental property manager was quick to respond and addressed our needs fully. Would highly recommend for a beach getaway!”
