“Found out 2 hours before check in this is no contact property . Which was fine but the parking needed more direction . Called the property office and person that answered could not direct me to the parking lot . I have landmark at John’s pass villages and she had no idea what I was saying . Had to refer back to our GPS. The property emailed a parking pass and then we had to figure out where the rooms were on the 3 rd floor . Better communication or instructions SHOULD be supplied . Not……

“Nice place to stay right on the beach. Unfortunately the outside is still under construction due to the hurricanes. The pool and hot tub are almost complete and will be good as new soon.The bathrooms are really nice. Beds were comfy. The only thing I really missed was not having a washer and dryer in the unit. There are places to do laundry but you have to pay for it and it is on a different floor. ”

“Our stay was overall great. The location was perfect and so close to everything. There was great parking and a beautiful view of the beaches. The thermostat did get very hot (75 F) which made some nights hard to sleep. Great appliances provided and so much space. The cleanliness was overall great only issue we found was the bath mats were dirty so we put them away during our stay and used a towel provided. Overall great and would likely book with them again. ”

“Definitely a great 5-star property that’s at least at nice as it looks and has great management/communication. Zero issues. Pros: everything still feels very new, clean, modern; LOTS of beach stuff, games, etc.; good amount of cleaning stuff and laundry detergent; has a nice pack and play; has both a keurig and regular coffee maker and had lots of the pods and reg coffee, packets, etc.; decent quality knife block and pans (rare); lots of convenient hanging hooks around the spaces (rare);……

“Close to the beach and beach access, clean, quiet, walkable to shops and dining - felt like the building could use a few modern upgrades but overall a nice stay”

“I was nervous about staying here because there were no reviews to give me insight about the place so I was pleasantly surprised by it. The location was great - right across the street from John’s Pass so we had quick access to food and shopping. The beach wasn’t crowded like Clearwater Beach. The condo looks exactly like the pictures. It was clean and spacious. An added bonus was a few beach chairs, boogy boards and sand toys. I’d stay here again. ”
