“Absolutely perfect stay! The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the beach. We parked our car when we arrived and didn’t need it again for the rest of the trip. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Highly recommend!”

“The marina area here was decimated and all the lower floors are being gutted but the upper floors are alright and quite nice. My only ask is that the owners put something on these stair treads into the condos because they are a slip hazard as in the rain they turn into a slide...we almost had someone break an arm falling down because of how slick the stairs get. Otherwise, it was nice, cozy, reasonably well stocked.”

“This condo was beautiful. Furnishings and decor were like brand new. The place was clean and ready a couple of hours ahead of time. Was a wonderful place for our week’s vacation.”

“This property is 1 block from John's pass, on the marina and across the street from a public beach. Next door is Mad fish house restaurant which was excellent. The condo was clean and a nice balcony. Location was perfect. The only negative ( not the properties fault) The smell from low tide was awful. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this beachside condo! The location was perfect—just steps from the sand with beautiful ocean views. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful beach escape!Only bit of feedback is there wasn’t a cookie sheet or pizza pan. I was impressed with the quality of the cookware that was available.……
