“All staff was friendly! Room was a good size. Elevators slow and one wasn’t working. Bar isn’t open except for Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Coffee in lobby was lukewarm. Parking isn’t valet, a security staff members meets you at parking lot across the intersection to provide in/out access. They were out of the beer that is complimentary for guests. Not sure I would return but again all staff I encountered were great. ”

“We encountered a rude and rude receptionist. After we checked out that day, we left our luggage at the hotel in the afternoon. When we came back to collect our luggage at four o'clock, we wanted to use the bathroom. The front desk clerk said in a very stiff tone: No! There are no public toilets, you have to use the ones in your room. We just checked out at noon and immediately fell out. This hotel actually does not have a toilet in the lobby (they do have one, but the door is locked). In……
