“The hotel location was perfect, close to both the airport and cruise port. The room was big, clean and comfy. Took out one star because of transportation. The hotel includes free transportation from the airport. We called once we arrived and they told us the shuttle was 15 minutes away. Kept calling because the shuttle was a no show! We waited over an hour and finally decided on an Uber. When we arrived to the hotel they informed us the shuttle has another hotel’s logo, that’s why we missed it……

“I was bitten by bed bugs and had more than a dozen wounds. I have photos and videos. No apology at all. Their manager is really terrible. This is the first time I have encountered such a dirty hotel. On the third day, I found 8 bed bugs. I don't want to be bitten anymore. I will change to another hotel immediately.”
