“The environment was fine, although it was quite far from Animal Kingdom, but the hotel service was poor. We checked in on Friday night and thought it was okay, so we planned to stay for another night. I tried to book an additional night through Expedia, thinking I was reserving for Saturday check-in and Sunday check-out. However, due to my mistake, I ended up booking Sunday check-in and Monday check-out. Our return flight was already scheduled for Sunday, so I immediately spoke with the manager……

“I cannot expect too much on this 2 star motel. The location is good, bed and bathroom are ok clean, however bugs are crawling on the floor. Furniture is old and broken. As I checked out and got on my car in the hotel parking lot at 5am, some homeless people knocked at my window and asked for money. One thing I will say the front desk people is good and helpful.”
