“We stayed here 3 nights and the location is amazing. It is quiet and walking distance to beach. There is a cute ice cream shop across street and lots of eating options down the road as well as the grove on the beach property. I am from Texas and when I found out the hotel does not have air conditioning that was a little shock. But the lady at the front gave us an extra fan to put in window ( which helped a lot) We would definitely go back and try one of the cabins on property next time! Also……

“This was a great spot to stay, Doug was very communicative on all our questions and gave local restaurant recommendations. We would stay here again”

“Keri our host was so sweet and accommodating. The house was lovely, it made us feel welcomed. The patio was great to sit out on in the mornings and evenings. We were gone from 11:00 am to 6 or 7 each day but got one mornining in the pool which was very refreshing. Highly recommend this home The Getaway is the perfect name . Thank you Keri for sharing it with us.”
