“The property is located below another quality hotel, but has a charming, privacy because of the trees. It has ample parking and is very quiet. The bed is good quality, everything in the room was clean, including very clean and attractive wood flooring instead of carpet, which I liked. Perhaps the proprietors will replace the hallway carpeting, which is somewhat worn. There is no elevator, which is not needed for a two-floor establishment. “VERY clean and the beds were very comfortable. Updated bathroom, guy at the front desk was phenomenal and so nice, we had one issue and that was no toilet paper in the room when we got there. He gave us a roll when asked, no problem so honestly wasn’t a real issue. Would definitely recommend!”

“We booked the room online about 10 minutes before we arrived. We had absolutely no trouble checking in as soon as got there. Super smooth and fast, were given our complementary water, key cards, breakfast and wifi info and headed to our room in less than 10 minutes, possibly even 5. Clean room, nice shower, good breakfast. Didn't use any of the other amenities so can't speak to them. Overall, a good stay, especially on short notice. ”

“The location of this hotel really cannot be beaten. If you are looking to be in the downtown area without the headache of parking downtown and the astronomical pricing, this is the hotel for you as its just a short drive to downtown Cleveland. Our room was clean and comfortable and we liked that there was free hot coffee, muffins, Danish, fruit, yogurt etc. in the morning. Free WIFI and parking was great as well. This will be my go to hotel anytime I need to be in the Cleveland area. ”
