“Darling property. Thoughtfully restored after the hurricane. Very clean, well equipped and very comfortable bed. If I had one fix it would be the blue outdoor lights around the pool. Though they are terrific from a decorative point, they are problematic from a sleep perspective and the shades aren’t quite able to block all of the light.”

“The cottage was clean and updated with everything you need, toiletries, kitchen pans and utensils, a full beach cart with everything needed for the beach. I took a few naps in the sun in the hammock. The location is great, an easy block to the beach. The only thing we had difficulty with was the gas grill did not heat up sufficiently to cook burgers. It was an incredible relaxing place for a family vacation, highly recommend it”

“Things were a bit noisy because of the ongoing construction around the location, but not enough to spoil our stay. The unit was attractive and clean. There were two things that need attention and since we were there for only 5 days, we didn't bother to call maintenance. The left-hand door of the fridge doesn't close easily, staying open unless you really pushed and the exhaust fan in the master bath doesn't work, though it works in the guest bath. “The property was in a good location. The inside was somewhat worn. The one shower didn’t work and it was not well stocked like other places I have stayed in. Only 2 kuerig pods no spices ( the lack of spices was indicated on the listing). The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Overall it was adequate but nothing to be impressed by.”

“Convenient to airport, grocery, restaurants & the Beach. Everything is new and very clean. AC quit a few times but Ann was quick to arrange for the repairs to be competed. The unit seemed very spacious for the 5 of us. Nice pool & Tennis courts. The shelling was fabulous! ”
