“Great place to stay. Affordable price in an area that tends to be very expensive. Short drive to everything 30A has to offer, while being far enough away to be away from the maddening crowds. It is definitely only made for a single person or a couple. The AC works great, shower has very hot water. WiFi worked great once we got it set up, but we did have to reach out to them for that. They responded very quickly. We have ATT cell service and we had NO service without that WiFi, so you will want……

“House is exactly as described. Well stocked kitchen. Beds and linens very comfortable. Maintenance showed up quickly to repair minor fix with carriage house A/C. Front porch swing was our favorite spot. Golf cart and bikes were a great addition and much appreciated. Would stay again. ”

“Perfect condo near to everything. 5 minutes walk to the beach club, less than 15 minutes walk to Seaside town center . Right across from a gorgeous park Beautifully decorated. Great kitchen (well equipped) and living room area. Master bedroom bed very comfy and master bathroom a gem!.Only one negative: the people upstairs incredibly noisy and stomping around all day and evening (not the owners fault though)”
