“We were pleased overall. The house is very nice. All of the rooms have a bathroom and balcony. The area is top notch. ”

The golf cart was great to carry stuff to the beach or go grab a bite to eat. Part of our group enjoyed the bikes. We would stay again or recommend it to friends or family. ”

“This was the perfect stay for four moms and daughters. The top floor was excellent to give our four teenagers their own space. Communication was always within an hour - often times within five minutes. Everything was very clean. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was stocked with cookware and dinnerware.Side note: this property does not have any oils/spices, so make sure you grab some if you’re cooking. Publix is a five minute golf cart ride away!Six bikes in excellent condition, golf cart provided.……

“This is a beautiful property, and truly one to stay in if you get a chance to visit Santa Rosa! Conveniently located near the beach! The photos online don't do it justice at describing the the impressive 6000sqf property! NOTE: The only feedback that one can provide to future vacationers staying at this property, is to ask if there are any additional hidden fees not disclosed in the contract or any listings sites. We encountered a 160 fee for using the hot tub. This was not disclosed, and I did……

“The home is lovely and so spacious. We all had a wonderful time. The beach and pools were very close too. Host was available for any questions. We loved the swing on the front porch so much! It would have been helpful to know about available hair dryers and pack and plays, instead of renting one. Otherwise, everything was perfect. We highly recommend The Happy Day! ”
