“The room was damp and had a musty smell.I saw a living cockroach on the floor of the bathroom,which made me feel very sick.It was a bad stay experience.”

“My stay at Beach Plaza was great! The staff were super responsive, and the online check-in made everything really easy. There was security on-site, which made us feel safe throughout our stay. The room was nice, clean, and spacious—especially for a place in Miami Beach. The location was also perfect: easy to find and close to everything we wanted to do.
