“The room is very clean. The staff members are very friendly. My only complaint is that the curtain is supposed to cover the balcony door and it would not close all the way. Meaning we had to deal with the hot sun shining in our room. Other than that the room overall is really nice. ”

“This is not a five-star modern top of the line hotel. But! Don't let that fool you! It is a great hotel with everything you need for a very good price! To include the breakfast buffets is and even better deal! I have stayed at Wilderness at the Smokies multiple times and I will continue to come back to Great Smoky Resort Lodge instead! Well worth the value!”
