“I will stay here again if in Fort Worth. Sometimes when you’re staying at a mid-priced hotel the staff is rude, the ac runs warm, and the overall experience is rough. That was not our experience. I called to inform the front desk we’d be checking in late. They assured us that our room would be held. When we arrived our room was available and the gentleman at the desk was polite and helpful. The AC was off when we arrived but cooled the room amazingly once turned on. Ice cold. We stayed on a……

“I stay here often and the the man and lady that run it are always kind. It does get a little noisy with being so close to The Stockyards. My complaint about this place is how much the price varies from day to day. I know all hotel may go up a few dollars depending on events and holidays and such. But this one will be $60 more one weekend than not was the last for no reason. ”

“The desk clerk at night was rude. We had gone to a race at the speedway, and got back to the hotel about 10pm. I ask if we can have clean towels to shower. The front desk clerk's response was " tonight" . I said yes, and he ask if we can wait till morning. My husband went down and ask for towels and finally got them. The hotel was nice, clean and the breakfast was good. But the desk clerk, could use some manners.”

“Nice property, close to downtown Fort Worth and Panther Island pavilion, also close to a lot of food places so you don’t have to go that far out of the way to have a good meal.”

“This was a nice hotel, 10 minutes from TCU. We liked the complimentary bottled water upon check-in. The room was clean. There was easy access to restaurants. We were happy with our stay at this hotel.”
