“入住前有詢問接送事宜，但可惜因為時差，無法有效溝通。入住手續單純迅速，房間大且乾淨，一開始以為燈光有問題，人員很快就來幫忙，房內的廚房很方便使用，可以自己簡單用點吃的。住宿一切都完美，只是隔壁房客實在很吵，半夜三點都還有吵雜聲，聽清潔人員說是辦結婚的人，因為我們是商務旅行，長途飛行後需要睡眠，但晚上常常被打擾到，甚至還被亂敲門，無法安穩休息。”

“The hotel staff were great, it was a few things we didn’t like and that was we asked for extra towels and blankets and asked for them not to come into our room until we got back. When we had come back the towels and things were in the room after we asked them not to go into the room and they confirmed they wouldn’t. The other issue was the towels that were delivered were dirty and had makeup on them once we unfolded them. Other than those few issues it’s a nice hotel for a quick trip/get away. ”

“This hotel is very well-situated, immaculately clean and comfortable. The staff is welcoming, efficient and professional—special shout out to Juan and the rest of the breakfast staff at Hoyt’s.
