“I stayed with my wife for transiting to Washington airport (DCA). I need the shuttle bus service from hotel to DCA. I asked the staff, lady looks like African American, at/about 9:30am on 4th Dec. if I have to reserve the shuttle. She say , yes, and when I need the shuttle service? I answered about noon. She answered, "no problem". Unfortunately, when we checked out at noon, she say, sorry, no more shuttle before 3:00pm. Finally, we have to take taxi to DCA, and costed me US$30. Poor experience……

“Our stay was great. The property is in a good location and it was clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly. My two complaints were the $43/night price tag for parking and $18 pp for breakfast. We didn't utilize either of these services but would have if thy were more reasonable.”

“Nice hotel in Arlington near a lot of restaurants and a few shops. There's a nice linear park across the street. Parking was easy in a nearby garage. The hotel is very clean, quiet and comfortable.”
