“I stayed with my wife for transiting to Washington airport (DCA). I need the shuttle bus service from hotel to DCA. I asked the staff, lady looks like African American, at/about 9:30am on 4th Dec. if I have to reserve the shuttle. She say , yes, and when I need the shuttle service? I answered about noon. She answered, "no problem". Unfortunately, when we checked out at noon, she say, sorry, no more shuttle before 3:00pm. Finally, we have to take taxi to DCA, and costed me US$30. Poor experience……

“It was a good stay all together. The only thing is the hard water marks on the shower but it was a great stay. Very simple ”

“Great stay with a decent sized room that was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with options like eggs, a meat, bagels, assorted coffee and juice. Staff were extremely nice. Only downside which was minor was that its a mini-fridge and small microwave.”
