“Great staff”

“Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these……

Every single staff member from the time I walked through the door to the time I checked-out, everyone was extremely kind! Not to mention that amenities are outstanding! The pool area and the workout area was kept nice and clean, the bar inside the main lobby was excellent and cleaned, the bathrooms are kept clean with an exceptional custodian where she even came back to check on the bathroom toiletries……
