“Nice Hotel but since price doubled, last Feb we paid about $100/ni, now $200/ni off season, will go back to Grand Cayman Resort about half the price. We liked being able to charge our EV on the 4th & above floors at Avista but the $10 in KWH energy usage didn't offset the huge price increase.”

“Room was clean close to the ocean. Staff was excellent easy check-in limited parking construction going on a little noisy but did not damper my stay. I would go back once the renovations are done. It’s gonna be a beautiful hotel. I do recommend this hotel.”

“I like that is clean and vey nice; however, I don' like that you have to wait whether you wan or not to hear about their sale pitch to buy share time mortgage. Sometimes is 5 minutes or 15 minutes and after hour on the road that's the last thing anyone wants to deal with.”

“The room was amazing! Lots of space. Even had a washer/dryer in the room with a complimentary pack of detergent. Balcony overlooking the ocean and boardwalk. Amazing! Loved it! ”

“Check in is a bit odd. I walked in about 6:30pm and no one was at reception. There is a connecting hallway that a guest in the lobby directed me to. You actually check in at the Hilton. The room was clean, the view was nice and it was quiet. My stay was unseasonably cold but the heat in my room worked well.”
