“Property clearly has been upgraded recently, but some dings and dents show through: room furniture showing wear, bath tub slow draining, hair on a washcloth. Not something I'd complain about because none of that really bothered me. Beds, especially pillows were SUPER comfortable. Good water pressure in shower and supply of hot water. Didn't use amenities like pool or fitness center but looked well maintained. Liked the fact the main lobby door and elevators require room card access. Five minute……

“It's really abominable. The staff came to knock on the door at 10 in the morning and said to check the room. After a while, around 10:50, they told us to check out and said that we were smoking in the room and our child was in the room. How could it be in the room?
