“That itself was the weirdest part of my check in is I go in I got my keys I go up to the room turn the air conditioning on and I couldn't get the temperature to drop below 80° in that room I woke up in the middle of the night having a call down to the desk and tell them that my AC wasn't working and then they sent somebody up to change it or something and then it started to cool off but then come morning time when I went to go get in the shower the there's only one spot on that whole entire knob……

“Hyatt House gives the kitchen with everything including a fine kitchen island. Bed, bathroom, everything very good. We had the corner room 201 with a view. Even higher would be ideal, same corner…”

“Stayed on a Sunday night. There were no breakfast options Monday morning, the arcade didn’t open until noon. That was a bit inconvenient with kids. Other than that, we had a great stay. ”

She goes above the normal. Extremely professional and accommodating to every guest. She is definitely one of those employees this property should hold on to. She is an asset to your business. ”
