“Great customer service,the room service ladies were very friendly, and nice. Everyone always greeted us whenever we saw them. I only had one major thing that happened which was ants in our fiest hotel. I reportwd it to the front desk and they were very responsive,and addressed the situation right away,and got us moved to a different room. The head of housekeeping made sure we were okay,and let me know to tell her if we needed anything. Breakfast was cool cause it was different everyday. We……

“員工非常友善熱情，房間是木板不是地毯而且很乾淨，暖氣穩定不會忽冷忽熱。床也很乾淨，看得出來很用心在整理。唯一缺點就是我住了三天有一天早上沒熱水，還有淋浴的水量很小。在這氣溫零下的時候無法好好洗個熱水澡是很可惜的。”
