“The property was very cute and homey! I love that there were plenty of essentials such as shower hygiene products and a kitchen stocked with cookware, seasonings, and coffee. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of space for our kids to play and hangout during the moments we were in the house. “We stayed here because this quaint little town was about halfway between Denver International and Breckenridge where we had plans. The place itself was cozy, however the area is unfinished and the driveway area was extremely muddy which transferred into the house. The doormats are small, carpeted and inadequate for the mud and gravel tracked in. We removed our shoes but we still tried to sweep a few times a day to keep up.The carpets were heavily stained, but the unit itself (bedding, fixtures,……

“Very central location, perfect size house and space for our group of 8, and everything was very clean and comfortable. When a small maintenance issue came up at the property- the property manager was very prompt and responsive and solved the problem quickly. Great spot: we visited Red rocks, Boulder and Westminster- all very easy. There are lots of stores close by too. ”
