“Staff went through my belongings and took money and other items out of my room. My room was rummaged! I complained and the staff put back $20 but I felt violated. They didn’t clean properly leaving garage behind. Not happy at all with the stay.”

“I was struck by the lobby. It looked very nice. There was a noticeable odor when I walked in my room, don't know what it was but eventually I got used to it. There were nice amenities like an indoor pool and workout room, though I didn't stay long enough to enjoy them. ”

“We wish we had more time here because of how nice the hotel was. We only stayed for a day and a night while passing through Knoxville area. We do travel a lot however and could tell that this hotel was great! Friendly staff, walkable restaurants and bars, very nice facilities. The only suggestion based on the EXPEDIA listing, is that the breakfast is NOT included with your stay. You will have to pay extra for that if you want it. ”

“Perfect location for our Dollywood visit. Large spacious room. Two full bathrooms. Plenty of close parking. Full breakfast with waffles. TVs in all the rooms. Furnished Kitchen with microwave and refrigerator and sink. Outdoor pool also. ”

“The property is kept real well and is located next to the little pigeon river and they have a big covered patio to eat breakfast or just go sit outside anytime of the day. The only thing they need to correct is the pillows are real soft, they need to be a bit firmer”
