“1. Prepaid all nights through hotel.com but hotel is still proceed the payment by first 3 days when I argue 2 times then stop the payment. 2. Air conditioner could not be adjustable and super cool all the time. 3. The escalators are very poor and always shut down. Says can WhatsApp their front desk for pick up services by foreigners but do not have WhatsApp services by the appointed phone number.
