“I want to start by saying the staff was great—super helpful, friendly, always cleaning. The hotel itself is fine, but my main issue was the noise the guests. I stayed there for work (in the city), so I didn’t spend much time at the hotel, just needed a place to sleep then leave for the day. The area is kind of gritty (near the projects), next to industrial plants, so there’s constant noise. More than once I woke up to guests screaming at each other early in the morning or late at night, and……
