“There is a chain link fence surrounding the property that is not pictured in the photos, which surprised me a little upon arrival. There is also a trailer and some other miscellaneous items around the property within the fence that I’m assuming are the owners personal property. I was a little skeptical due to the above, but I was pleasantly surprised with our stay. We had no hot water issues, which I saw mentioned in other reviews. Check-in was easy, and the property left a few goodies upon……

“The Inn is conveniently located between Zion and Bryce. The small village gives you a quiet night after busy day at the parks. The room is well equipped and I am amazed with the owners thoughtfulness in furnishing and equipping the room. Only regret is that we only had two days here. ”

“This place was so nice and very quiet. We enjoyed the outside seating at sunset. It is not a bad drive to Bryce Canyon from there. I could tell the place is new. It needs to be dusted pretty badly, but otherwise clean. I had to make my best guess on connecting to the Wi-Fi and what to do for check out, so more info would be nice. ”
