“I loved our stay here. It was so nice and clean, quiet, and well maintained. The room was spotless when we arrived and the daily cleaning service was great to have, they did a wonderful job. The pool and hot tub were great, the cafe in the lobby was a nice touch to my morning routine, I woke up around 7/8am and enjoyed heading down to grab a latte and sit in the lounge area to answer work emails. “I had paid for the room through Hotels.com and had looked to see if there was a security deposit. There was not one mentioned. When I went to check n they told me there was. $150 deposit which I did not have. The desk clerk was very nice and understanding giving me a chance to not let him down by waiving the deposit. I was so thankful. I didn’t know how I was going to manange it”

“Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these……

“Love the stay. What I don't like is being asked to take a survey that in the email appears to be one maybe two questions turns out to be a much longer process. Please respect your customer's time, tell me it' 10 questions or 20 questions or 5 min. That way I know. When I get started as I did here, I now see this is going to take a while. So forget it. Started out Excellent review. Ended with meh.”
