“All hotel staff persons I encountered were friendly and professional. The king junior suite was clean and very spacious, with a separate sitting area inclusive of a television and wet bar. Although my guest and I were unable to experience the rooftop on this stay, we have in the past and very much so enjoyed it. The HuHotel is one of our top choices whenever looking to stay in the downtown area. ”

“The workers at the desk was nice. We enjoyed happy hour, they had a dj. The hotel was in walking distance to everything. The beds was comfortable.”

“The only issue I had was the AC wasnt working during our stay so it was hot. However, the staff did let us know of the issue on arrival and let people choose whether they wanted to stay. We were only there for one night so we toughed it out. Our stay was pleasant otherwise, and if we are ever in town for a Grizz game I would book here again.”

“斜對角的flight restaurant 很高級也很好吃，但是這一區整體來說，感覺很不安全，走在街上怕怕的，因為有瘋子在街上一直自言自語，也有許多流浪漢，因此感覺很不安全。飯店整棟一整天都有聲音，不定時的出現像是在做工，又像是在搬傢俱，我們住在1001號房，恐怖的是半夜電視自己打開，而且很吵，我們睡到一半爬起來，遙控器在電視旁邊，因為從check in之後沒有人打開過電視，所以更覺得奇怪。房內有廚房及微波爐，可惜沒用到。早餐有自製waffles 可以現烤，旁邊有Starbucks 可以買。”

“Let me start by saying this was my first trip ever to Memphis and I only googled five star hotels which is how I picked this location. And I could not be any less impressed, staff impeccable, very friendly, warm, courteous I've never been to a location where I did not need to ask for towels after day one we had enough towels that we had some we didn't even touch in the room, so I must say the accommodations for guest are beyond reproach. Great will return.!!!!”

“I had a wonderful experience here at the ALOFT Memphis. It was a getaway for me and my wife just to sit back relaxing and unwind. We would definitely stay again this is a super nice property and very friendly staff. We will go again and take the kids for topgolf swinging suite.”
