“We actually live in the Greater Phoenix area and I found this hotel for a "staycation." Upon entering the property we found the staff inviting and helpful and the amenities and room beautiful and clean!! There are 2 huge pools and we were excited about swimming with the grandkids for 4-5 days! Plus, it is almost right across the street from Scottsdale Fashion Square which is a great midday diversion for everyone. Also, the complimentary breakfast and evening reception were exceptional!……

“The neighborhood doesn't feel very safe. The home had some small cockroaches and was run-down inside and out. I got hives within 10 minutes of being there, likely due to the poor conditions”

“When checking in we were informed that housekeeping had to be requested the night before service and that we had to leave our ID's at the front desk to get pool towels. There is a restaurant on site but it's only open from Wednesday thru Saturday. There are no elevators on the property so having to lug our luggage up 3 flights of stairs was no fun.
