“The staff is amazing. The hotel is beautiful! They have a great outdoor and indoor pool. It’s great for adults and nice for kids - not the most toddler friendly but they still had a great time for a stay cation. We will definitely be back!”

“Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. “High quality staff! Very helpful and quick check in. Lots to do in the area and many Restaurants. Renovations were under way while I was there but of no consequence to guests. Should be even better in a couple months when they are finished.”

“One major dislike was that we had to pay for parking and another was the lack of chairs in the pool area. That being said the pool was warm and enjoyable! One thing I really liked was the environment, it was fancy but not too fancy that I felt like me and my family with young children were out of place. The staff and other guests were all so kind. The elevator was a huge hit with our youngins! We don't visit KC often, but if we do we will definitely be staying here again!!”
