“The check-in was bad. The staff were dishonest. I checked in at 4pm. First allocated me to a queen room for four (which appeared upgrade) but upon entering the room, it got two problems:1/ strong pipe smell on opening the toilet door 2/ it’s right in front of the elevators. I went down to the reception counter to change of room, I said I don’t want a spacious room, I want to have a quiet room. The staff refused to change the room for me and said they were fully booked, I asked for possibility of……
