“Excellent location Pool is not heated freezing and sun only by the pool in late afternoon, building blocks it. No phones in room or by upstairs pool. Nobody to contact? Alarms going off saying emergency don’t use elevator, use stairs and they were locked? Front desk didn’t know anything about 12th floor pool alarms?”

“Very disappointed and I won't come back again. The problem is the guest room window & its door does not has a good sound isolation. When someone walking, talking on the corridor, the lift notification "ting ting", someone singing in the hall area, I can easily hear these noisy sound when I'm sitting or sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. Besides, sometimes some of the electric wall plate mal-function which makes some of the lights cannot work even cannot use for charging my mobile……

“Mostly happy. Initially we were given a small room with an awful view which isn't what we thought we had reserved and paid handsomely for. Were given a free upgrade which helped. Everything is super clean and spanking new. The roof top pool area and bar are lovely except that the water is way too warm for swimming in. The hotel is aiming for a 'cool' vibe which verges on the cold but still attractive. Sadly 'cool' means 'house' or techno music everywhere all the time which seemed very……
