“The hotel was very clean, well maintained and well equipped. The location is also very centrally located and every place is pretty much of a walking distance. Very close to the beach and has beach access. The staff were very kind, welcoming and friendly. I also got text messages to check on my stay during the days I was there or to tell me that I have missed the nightly snacks/treats since my privacy light was on and that it was available anytime I would want to. I barely give reviews on my stay……

“Dining options were lacking. Understaffed. This hotel is expensive and should be well staffed on all fronts for the price. ”

“I loved that it was right on the beach with gorgeous scenery. The heated pool was nice. We had a wonderful time! We had a crazy start on Friday. They sent us the access code to get in the condo but neglected to tell us we needed to push the check mark also so we had a problem getting in. There could have been better communication there. All in all it was a great stay! Thanks!”

“Price was great. Really enjoyed the stay. The ambiance was as though we stepped back into the past. Loved that when we arrived 3 hours early, our old style key was waiting for us at the desk. We enjoyed walking to the restaurants, bars, and lake ( Christmas Reflections was fantastic) If you’re expecting 5 star resort vibe ( we werent ) the place is not for you. We were hoping for some super natural abnormal activity but nothing in Room 3. Maybe the twins were busy in another room. Lol would……
