“Staff very friendly but sometimes no tissue in toilet. Sometimes heater doesn’t work in night so it’s kinda cold in night but overall it’s alright.”

“It’s a beautiful property and very close to all the attractions in Canterbury in a very safe and quiet neighbourhood. ”

No curtain around the bath tub in the master bedroom... Hotel.com didn't inform us clearly the check in procedure - e. g. We need to contact the staff by phone for a password to the key safe! ”

“Listed as an up-market 4 star property. It definitely isn’t. The sofa-bed is very uncomfortable, there is a very musty smell as you enter the main building. ”
