“stay at a nice hotel”

“The supporting facilities are too old, the breakfast ingredients have an oily smell, there are only three choices of food, and the hygiene is not very clean. I left my clothes at the hotel without notifying us. I called to ask and said they didn't have them. They didn't return them to us until we went back to the hotel to ask.”

“There were biscuit crumbs all over the desk and on the floor when we arrived in the room. Bed sheets and pillow cases were not changed everyday. Housekeeping comes at random times of the day (sometimes early morning and afternoon), so sometimes there are days where the room is not cleaned. Convenient location and free parking is good. ”

“A lady called Lisa Wilheim at reception was the most amazing staff member ever! She was kind accommodating and helpful! We stayed for a friends wedding and she was wonderful in every way that a wedding party would need. I cannot more highly recommend her and I am very grateful for her service ”
