“The location was nice and the house was clean. I called prior to coming down to see if I needed to bring my own linens and was told I didn't need to. They would be provided. I asked for more towels and was told I needed to wash the ones I had they would not provide more. So I had to go buy laundry detergent in order to do so. The washer machine was very off balance as well. I texted to let them know and no response. The pictures of the rooms were nothing as described online. Also stated……
