“This was our second stay at Cliff House. We love Manitou Springs! Quiet, quaint, great attractions. The food at the hotel is excellent and reasonably priced. Room coffee is even good! The Teddy Roosevelt room was spacious and had nice bath amenities, but we could have used some directions for the steam shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful. “Our stay at the Eddy was exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a unique vibe. The location and set up of the restaurant, open to the outdoors were breathtaking. We were able to access quick and easy transportation to Red Rocks right at the front door. “Everything was awesome”

“My husband and I eloped in Rocky Mountain national park and this was THE perfect place to stay. It is situated with theeee most beautiful views. I watched the sunrise one morning from the living room and it was breathtaking. Super romantic with the fireplace and hot tub and the master bath is amazing with the waterfall type shower head and jetted bath tub. It was the most perfect place and escape for our mini moon after our elopement. Not to mention the perfect place to get ready for our wedding……

“Staying at this B&B is a pure treat! There is nowhere you could possibly find a better view. Ann Marie and Dane prepare wonderful breakfasts and great conversation and service.
